Bungeoppang (붕어빵) is a popular Korean fish-shaped pastry, often sold as a street food, especially in winter, made from a pancake-like batter filled with sweet red bean paste and cooked in a fish-shaped mold. Originating from the Japanese snack taiyaki (sea bream pastry), it was introduced to Korea in the 1930s and has since become a nostalgic comfort food deeply embedded in Korean culture.
While the traditional sweet red bean filling remains a beloved classic, we also offer a variety of fun and modern flavors—from rich custards and chocolate spreads to fruity and creamy creations—bringing a playful twist to this nostalgic treat.
